• Bezz Deletion: When you delete your "Bezz" on the dashboard, all associated data is automatically removed from our database.
• WhatsApp Account Disconnection: When you disconnect your WhatsApp account, all data related to that account is automatically deleted from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

• Your full name and email address associated with your account
• A clear statement that you want your data deleted

• Your preferred method of confirmation

Response Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days, unless we need additional time due to the complexity of your request.
