These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BezzApp (the “Service”), owned and operated by Marcalyx Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service

Do not use BezzApp to:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marcalyx Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of BezzApp. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date above and notify users where required by law. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled in Nigerian courts.
